Reiki
Reiki is a complex but non-invasive healing technique that focuses on the body's higher power energy fields to awaken your true nature and life's calling. It restores balance within your individual energy system. Reiki is an adjunct and supportive therapy for wellness and traditional medical care. $35 for half hour session; $65 for one hour session; $180 for three sessions.

Life Coaching
Life Coaching assists in identifying and overcoming obstacles, achieving personal goals, and establishing healthy practices, based on the principle that the individual holds the intrinsic ability to determine and achieve one's own enlightened path. $190 for three one-hour sessions.

Therapeutic Intuition is a spiritual gift, and through intuitive reception, discoveries can be made into areas of the body that call for attention and care so as to provide greater harmonic balance for better and healthier living. $70 for one hour session.

Massage Services
Book a healing and relaxing massage with massage therapist, Krista Waple. Sessions range from 10 to 30 minutes and are very affordable. She will be available every Tuesday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Therapeutic Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. $14 for 10 minutes; $18 for 15 minutes; $22 for 20 minutes; $30 for 30 minutes.
